A promotional video showcasing the Nicola Valley will soon be posted on over 20 websites focused on economic development with an international reach, according to Deanne Parise, Economic Development Officer.
Parise spoke of the video during a presentation of the 2010 Economic Development Report at a regular council meeting March 22. The video, which features interviews with local business owners from different industries will be posted as soon as council gives its approval.
It is estimated that 75 per cent to 90 per cent of all persons who complain of chronic or frequent headaches suffer from tension headaches. They are the most common type of primary headache, and while they share some characteristics with the more serious migraine, they also display certain distinct differences that set them apart.

Late in the evening, as most of Merritt is calling it a day, a group of dedicated volunteers heads out on patrol to keep an eye on the city.
While the RCMP is of course responsible for keeping the streets of Merritt free of crime, the local Citizens on Patrol volunteers are committed to assisting them by observing and reporting what they see.
