The Nicola Valley Cruisers hosted the annual Show ‘n Shine at Central Park in Merritt over the weekend, attracting nearly 100 vintage cars to the Nicola Valley.

Two winners were selected, with Wayne Byer of Merritt winning the Mayor’s Choice category with his 1969 Ford Mustang Mach 1.

Best Vintage went to another Merrittonian, Jim Adams, in his 1931 Ford Tudor.

Kelly Norwood (below), a second generation pin striper from Kamloops, attracted plenty of attention while he painted with precision.
