Residents of the Nicola Valley kicked off their Country Christmas weekend with Merritt’s annual Community Concert, Nov. 24. The concert featured a mix of traditional Christmas favourites such as Joy to the World and some newer tunes like Run, Run, Reindeer. The Smith sisters (Ivy, Julia, and Gabrielle) enchanted the audience singing We Three Kings.
