The Merritt library is wrapping up its summer programming tomorrow morning with a space-themed kids program.
‘Creative Cosmos’ will allow children to explore space through outdoor activities, including creating chalk drawings and outdoor storytime.
Registration is required by contacting the library, while the program will run from 10:30-11:30a.m.
Ages 6-12 are welcome.
Safe distancing will be necessary.
“We are taking every precaution to make these safe but enjoyable events. Registration is required and social distancing will be expected,” said Meg Ross,
Children & Youth Services Coordinator.
All activities will be as contact-free as possible and staff will be sanitizing surfaces as needed throughout the event.
Parents and guardians will be required to accompany their children.
