Kamloops RCMP are investigating after a woman was found dead in an apartment on Tuesday afternoon.
Shortly after 2 p.m. on Dec. 30, officers located a deceased female in a suite on Cherry Avenue.
Police have taken a 41-year-old male in custody in relation to the investigation.
He is known to police and is believed to have had an association with the victim.
The Kamloops RCMP Serious Crime Unit is investigating.
