Dear Editor:

Is it just me, or do you think the entire neighborhood surrounding Coquihalla Middle School is tired of the constant noise pollution?

As a resident of this humble town, I believe we all know each other as though we ate at the same dinner table. Don’t you think it’s proper for the constant public-made announcements to remain on a more positive level?

Why not try a new approach, Mr. CMS Principal?

Highlight the positives in students. If you want students to report to you, call the classrooms. You’ve got a list of students and their schedules.

Keep it discreet. The neighborhood is not interested in hearing your voice constantly. You’re supposed to be a coach, role model, mentor, teacher to the kids attending your school.

Don’t irritate the entire neighborhood; enlighten us with comfort knowing our kids are receiving the best attention!
