By the end of the month, Merrittonians will be able to book their COVID-19 tests online.
The Interior Health Authority has announced that by Oct. 30, 23 communities across the province will have the opportunity to fill in the form.
The form asks for your reasoning for booking, before letting you know if you are eligible and if there are currently times available.
Online booking began on Oct. 20. So far online COVID-19 test booking is available for Community Collection Centres in Penticton, Williams Lake, 100 Mile House, Cranbrook, Revelstoke, Salmon Arm, Vernon and Enderby.
It is not yet announced yet exactly what day Merrittonians will be able to book.
When Merritt joins the program, the number is 1-250-378-3407. It will be open Monday, Wednesday, and Friday from 12:45-2:15.
The IH COVID-19 test booking phone line is also available for all communities (those where it has so far been made available) at 1-877-740-7747, seven days a week, from 8 a.m. to 7 p.m.
