Health Canada has issued a recall notice for a doctor’s play set, sold at Dollar Tree locations across the country between July 2011 and December 2015.
The play set features a stethoscope, and a variety of toy medical instruments. However, the ear buds on the stethoscope can detach and present a choking hazard for the young children the set is geared towards.

Play sets could be returned to Dollar Tree locations for a full refund, according to the Health Canada alert which accompanied the recall notice.
There had been no reported injuries as a result of the play set.
