UPDATE: Highway 5 northbound was cleared in both directions at about noon today (June 3).
An overturned semi-truck closed traffic northbound on the Coquihalla Highway this morning.
At about 6:30 a.m., northbound traffic was stopped about four and half kilometres south of Merritt, while crews dealt with the semi.
Around 8 a.m., a single lane was open as the truck had been pulled off to the side of the highway.
B.C. ambulance was called to the scene, but cancelled en route.
